I have permanent residency and right now I'm at my home country intending to bring him(My son, 5 years old, Brazilian) tickets are purchased for September 12th 2023, he is described as non-accompanying in my PR, he can cross the Canada border with me ? I mean does my PR give him the right to enter Canada? Thanks for any clarification.
PS: Letter and authorisation of his mother are ok, and like a non-accompanying or accompanying he did the medical exam

You may not get an approved TRV by that date. Also plan for private health insurance for him too as he will not have provincial health care until he is sponsored.
Ty everyone for the reply, I was fearing that's gonna happen, a VISA is a option too right? but like the TRV will not be processed at the time of the flight
anyway thanks everyone.

The current processing time for TRVs from Brazil is 56 days so most likely you will need to rebook your flights. Submit the application as soon as you can.

Thank you Scylla for the concern, I figure out it yesterday and already cancel the flight and refund it, I still have problems to handle like custody proof and I will postpone the flight until everything is clear, ty so much for the support
