Final two terms part-time due to prerequisites

During my 1st semester, I have changed my 1 year post-degree diploma to another post degree diploma in same DLI institute. Now I am left with 4 courses. I can enroll on 2 courses which are the prerequisites of other two courses. College is too rigid to waive the prerequisites and approve me to enroll in all 4 courses. What happens if I enroll in 2 courses (which will be part time) now and 2 in my final semester (which will be part time again) to complete my program. Will it be fine if I mention same thing during my application for PGWP?
