I would like to ask if it is normal not to hear anything or no updates right away after the Bring forward date that is set for final review and decision.? That DATE has passed and nothing changed. What happens after the file has reached the final review, do they update ECAS right away or same day into decision made or it will take few days or weeks? I hope someone can help me. Thanks a lot.
Very normal. That date really means nothing. Final review i assume means theyre ready to make a decision. It could take time. Perhaps an interview. No one knows

If all has passed and everything's fine with the application, still it will take time to make a decision after final review?
Feeling hopeless. Thank you so much for taking time to reply.
Just be patient, it could be on some guy's desk who's on a vacation or something lol. It was apparent for me anyway that no matter what you do, there is some level of subjectivity on their part so if all was done accordingly it should be OK. I had 3-4 months where it seemed like nothing was going on and then boom, got the passport request.
Yes I understood that but little worried. Can you please tell me what happened after your Bring Forward Date..
please I’m looking for answer for bring forward date.
Have you heard anything after BFD
if so please explain your time line.
I’m kinda having stress day by day.
Please help with answering my question.
What is your BFD and when did you received your PPR ??
For myself personally in my situation since I wasn't really in a rush or needing to have the PR ASAP I honestly never really even looked for or paid attention to it, I just waited for inevitable and hoped for everything to work out.
Actually my BFD is 16 September and it passed 2 days back. I was thinking that you got response after your BFD. Did it took months or days to get decision after your BFD.

There are never exact processing dates. All posted processing times are on,y estimates so you can’t expect that you will receive approval on a certain date. As long your application is moving forward, evenly slowly, and others have similar processing times all you can do is wait.
