final question - common law sponsorship!

in IMM 1344 the 1. question:

If you are found ineligible to sponsor, indicate whether you want to:
Withdraw your sponsorship application, all processing fees less 75$ will be refunded.
or
Proceed with the application for permanent residence. Processing fees will be retained.

what should my Sponsor answer? the first one???

DO I as a applicant have to send the Questionnaire for Albanian residents with the note NOT APPLICABLE. I am german!!!
which is attached at my document checklist???

and some forms we did not fill out because N/A do we have to send them with in the application anyway ?

Select to withdraw.

You don't need to send the questionaire.

Just mark N/A on the checklist for any forms that don't apply.
