option 2......if you pick option 1 you will lose your chance to appeal
r u sure because this is it what is written on the instruction guide
•If you check the box to withdraw your sponsorship application then ◦the sponsorship application will not be processed. All fees will be refunded, except for the $75 sponsorship fee.
•If you check the box to proceed with the application for permanent residence then ◦the sponsorship application will be refused. None of the fees will be refunded.

you lose the $550......not the $475.00.....but if you don't pick option 2 and you are refused you are back to square one if your refusal was given in error......the choice is yours.....
ok thank you i will pick option 2
but another question please .. what is the UCI where can i find it on my passport or the citizenship

hi Bah1985....you won't find the uci# on either of those documents......when you were a pr before a citizen it would have been an 8 digit number on correspondence......you can either call cic to get the number if you cannot locate it or leave that blank and advise you in a note that you could not find your previous UCI# they will locate it for you
hi i wanna ask what a national identity document.. im canadian citizen do i have to have it?
