Final decision - date mentioned but no decision

My spouse for whom I applied for OWP, got a BVL yesterday. However, the final decision is not there. In the status box it says,

Latest update:
Final decision - July 10, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

What does this mean?

BVL letter means a decision has been made

BVL to Final Decision can take 24-72 hours. Just wait it out

Hi Rohan, did your spouse get approval already on his OWP? If so, when was it after you got the final decision with date stating its still in progress? As i do have the same case. Thank you!

Just wait for ppr. Bcz i got passport request 73 days after updating final decision. So wait with patience. Some ppl got early and some with delay
