Hello,

If I am not required to send a form, for example on part 11 of the checklist as I am not appointing a representative, do I have to check the box beside the number or do I just write N/A? I have selected the box below that which says I am not appointing a representative.

Equally well the section on additional Information about children: We have a child who is a Canadian citizen. Do I just write N/A beside every box in this section?

For any section that does not apply to you manually write N/A beside the checkbox.

And yes, write N/A beside every box in the whole section. Basically every time you see a checkbox that doesn’t apply, whether on its own or a series of boxes under one section, write N/A beside all of the check boxes.
