1. I recently moved from USA(Since H1B expired) to Canada on a closed work permit and working full time here in Canada.
When filling in "Does XXX have a job offer in Canada ? " , do I need to answer "YES" or "No" ?
2. Now that I am already in Canada on a work permit , how do I know if my job needed a LMIA or NOT ?

What kind of closed work permit do you have? Is it an Intra Company Transfer (ICT) where no LMIA was needed? Or did your company obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify for the closed work permit?

Under the Express Entry points system, you can only claim job offer points for an ICT once you have worked for your employer for a full year in Canada.

I am a full time employee working 40 hours a week. Does Canadian Experience Class look at 1 year as an eligibility criteria or 1560 hours as the eligibility criteria.
Reason behind the question: With 40 hours a week , I will hit 1560 hours in less than a year. Looking to see if I will be eligible before the actual 1 year period ends ? Thanks in advance for your time. !

You need to have 52 separate weeks where you worked at least 30 hours, as well as meeting the 1560 hour criteria. So the short answer is that you need to work a full year and you cannot qualify earlier by working 40 hours per week.
