On Feb 2021, I moved from USA to Canada on a closed work permit(It was an Intra Company Transfer (ICT), where no LMIA was required. ) and working full time here in Canada since then. My current workpermit is valid until May 2023 and my company wouldn't extend it anymore as they want me to return back to the USA.
My question: When filling in Intended work in Canada section , what should be my answer for "Does XXX have a job offer in Canada" ? Do I need to answer "YES" or "No" .
Saying "YES" gives me additional 50 points. But want to check what's right
