thank you sa reply nyo, now i know na. everyday kc ako nagbabasa ng forum about FSW and nakikita ko n mas mabilis sa Manila compare sa LONDON. thank you talaga.

more question, ano mga documents pinasa nyo sa MANILA VO. tama ba ginawa ko, pkibasa nman nito:
copy(xerox) - all passport(3)
NSO(red ribbon) - all birthcertificate and marriage contract
copy(xerox) - trade certificate
copy(xerox) - prc certificate
red ribbon - transcript and diploma
certified true copy - transcript (spouse)
copy(xerox) - diploma (spouse)
copy(xerox) - employment contract
original copy - certificate of employment
original - bank certification and statement of account

thank you

Just wondering about your bank certificate na original. Manila VO mentioned something like, do not send originals unless specified. It was not specified in the Manila VO that bank certificates should be original.

sir ask ko lang kung mere photocopy (xerox) lang ang mga sinend nyo sa CIO or photocopies that were certified by designated authories or notary public?

Sa totoo lang na ddis hearten ako sa mga nababasa ko. I passed my application last week and as i tracked it na receive na nang CIO last Aug 18. Problem is, i took the academic ielts. Wala naman sinabi ang agent ko na kailangang General Training. I trusted that they know what they are doing. Now, i sent them an email regarding this asking kung anong tingin nila o kailangang kong gawin..so far wala pang reply. :(

i dont have time to read every post pero may problem ka ba sa academic? i took academic ielts exam...

bat ang sad mo? sorry im so slow tonight :D pero if there's no prob then there's no point of worrying. :) d naman ata nakalagay sa bagong rule na hindi puwedeng acad diba? wait mo na iyong AOR mo :)

:)thanks for bearing with me.kase nga daw yung nkalagay lang sa CIC webiste na IELTS requirement ay GENERAL training only. Meaning di pwede Acad. Pero tama ka, none that i can do for the moment but wait for my AOR.. :) think positive ang drama.. ;D

Hi Khai. Sorry to say, pero nakalagay talaga sa website, and also OP6 document ng CIO na general lang talaga ang IELTS na tinatangap na. pero, hope and pray nalang na baka makalusot ka. baka kasi ang nagiinspect tiningnan nalang agad ang score, di na pinansin ang type ng IELTS exam mo.

Thanks blueray..o nga..will just have to pray. nonetheless, kinontact ko parin agent ko kung ano ma ssugest nila. :)

mahirap talaga pag may agent. minsan, nadeny ka dahil mali nila. pero di nila aaminin yun. gagawa sila ibang rason. specially now siguro na bago rules. baka mga iba dyan trial and error din.

wala pa nga reply from them eh..for the meantime all i can do is hope for the best. :) Hope for miracles upon miracles..

sad to say this, pero sa totoo lang agents most of the time are not helpful...waste of money lang...sana makalusot ka, just pray...and to avoid further errors mas mabuti mag follow ka sa thread na ganito and basa ka ng basa sa official web ng embassy, that is. www.cic.gc.ca

Actually General lang for immigrant. Academic is required for Student Visa.
Besides, mas mahirap ang Academic exam (Reading and Writing module) compare
sa General exam.

i took the academic kase for my registration sa CRNBC. Though my agent assured me na they don't see it as a problem.pinanghahawakan ko nalang yung nkalagay sa memorandum of agreement namin na 100% money back guarantee pag na reject ako dahil sa kanila, in fact pag nagkataon idedemanda ko talaga sila. They shoud'nt ba called consultants for nothing.

im a bit confused here..im planning to submt the required forms to CIO :1. application for PR IMM008 including the background declaration, etc using the Document Checklist (IMM 5612). should i also include those documents required under IMM 7025 E (08-2010) otherwise known as "Application for Permanent Residence-Skilled Worker-Visa Office Specific INstructions Manila" in my application to be submitted to CIO in Nova Scotia? Anu pong checklist of documents naman ang gagamitin if ever ma-approve ng CIo ang application at for processing na? Or yung IMM 7025 E (08-2010) requirements ay isusubmit sa Manila Visa Office pag approve na ng CIO ang application natin? am i right? which one is right?
