Glad to see some updates. Haven't received any communication from the embassy yet. But my ECAS still reflects "IN PROCESS".

I didn't submit a simplified application. I submitted a whole bunch of supporting documents with the original forms. Also, what do you mean by DM?

DM = Decision Made : this is the status in ECAS. recently i heard most from 2004 up had their status updated to "Decision Made". though had not heard anyone from Manila VO.

Maybe Ecas for applicants from Manila VO were not updated yet.
And when it does, hope it will be positive DM not like from NDVO
who got DM without any medical request (not a good sign).

Am a bit frustrated on the current status of the litigation...
Hope something good will happen this yr.

yes litigation is not doing good. i was also thinking on re-applying when the door opens for federal workers in May 2013.

Please try checking your ECAS status if you can still view it. I tried mine a few minutes ago and it seemed I can no longer access it . I hope it's a system concern. The Manila VO started processing our application on July 7, 2005.

Ibig sabihin ba nyan nmiole may bagong PAG-ASA tayong lahat?

hinde ako bago dito kaso lang sa sobrang katagalan na hinde na ako nag po-post nakalimutan ko na ang UN at password ko...

Buhayin natin uli ang forum nato para maging uodated naman tayo....

Ayan may magandang sinyales na si nmiole, mag balik loob na kayo dito!

I don't have any idea why we can no longer access the status of our application. Could it be good? or bad? I inquired from my agency and so far they did not have a client yet whose applications (prior to 2008) are returned. Well, let us see how it goes.

buti kapa may agency pa yong sa amin nag sara na wala nang paki....

naghihintay nga ako nang refund kasi yon ang sabi kumbaga pinalakas nalang ang loob ko...

kaya dito nalang ako, nakikibalita...
