Yung email came from this email add MANIL.IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. Hope this helps.

I politely asked if they could send me an email to confirm they received my letter (via snail mail). until now i wala response para lang malaman ko kung nreceive n nga nila. ano na kaya maganda kong gawin? BTW, CIC agency ko, yung sa coastal mall.

hi gico. nung nag email ang husband ko sa embassy, after 24 hours mey reply agad sila sa amin. same email add yung binigay ni vitomanalo. baka naman sa cic sila nagpadala ng response since mey agency ka.. verify with cic also.. Godbless

January 2005 ang application ko (still single then). Lumakad ng 2009 ang papers. As in nagmamadali ang CEM to gather all my updated docus. Nag-update naman ako, still single then. Then I got married/ pregnant so after I gave birth saka pa dumating ang medical request naming tatlo (I included na my hubby and baby sa apply ko). Passport request came in December 2010. May 2011 we landed in Toronto.
Ang alam ko, CIC wants to get rid of their backlog. I just don't know what happened along the way at nagkaroon na naman ng backlog.
