As a daily commuter, has anyone been able to take advantage of the rapid movement of dates since October 2020 and file a concurrent I-140 downgrade + 485? If yes, how did it go for you? From what I have learnt, 'intent to stay' and presence in USA is a criteria for filing 485. Will maintaining a singular i-94 # that does not expire help meet that criteria? Looking to hear first hand experiences, if any, on how USCIS is adjudicating these scenarios. Good day!
