Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 2, 2012.
This is the activity in my file after a long long time. What does this means seniors. Please suggest how long will it take to get medicals from here or what is the next step here. Thanks
I have no idea about when we all will receive medicals, but better plan a baby after your medicals as ur wife cannot undergo medicals if she is pregnant.

I observe that, most of the Pre-June, 2010 has got the magic line added as “Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January and February, 2012” and they started updating the same in July and August 2010 applicants as well, but I haven’t see any one updating on medicals or verification or document request in this forum from the recent. Will they also send the medicals communications in the same pace or again the same old story?
After 2yrs I am able to read people congratulating each other on their real “InProcess” updates. I am also equally happy from 2nd week of Jan, 2012 with my “InProcess” update but how long this will continue… really not sure.

When our file is reviewed it means that a visa officer is working on that file and background checks is being done.
In India the duration when the file goes In process to receiving medicals is really less compared to other countries.
All being said I think we all can expect medicals in 2 to 3 months max and visa in mid year perhaps.
