Did NYVO go to sleep? Nothing is happening here. Sent Webform since October, no response. I asked my MP yesterday to do a follow up.

Unfortunately yeah it seems they have ,I've sent a few webforms now and no response whatsoever not even the generic "Your application is in progress " the most I've heard is what my MP managed to find out I guess they decided to stop themselves for awhile.

I wonder if GCMS notes would be of any use at this point? Even if the MP said all stages are passed? I assuming probably not.

you will probably have to wait 2 months before getting a response

That's a good point, was comparing my wait to others from nyvo for after passing medicals and most received their DM quickly, in our case as of December 23rd it will have been 30 business days since passing the exams so I think what you said is right that NYVO has gone and taken a nap.

We are still waiting after 60 days so maybe they are getting drunk on the eggnog.

Well they must have seen my comments in here ,I got my generic response from the webform

"Greetings.

I've sent so many and never got a response...good for you.

They tend to respond if you attach a document, ID Card ,BIO page of passport something like that the only times I've ever personally had them respond is if I attach a document .

Nothing as yet, I'm hoping by January they will reopen our file. Its ridiculous how files that were won months after ours has been reopened already. January 4th will be one year. I will keep you posted, please do the same.
