Got this e-mail from LA VO..that the processing is completed and that...i'm required to submit passport in person or by mail..with specific instructions...

Does it mean positive? for PR stamping already?

I am wondering that " How did you send your passport" my means what courier service!

And I just went to send my passport through fedex in the morning and they told me that , IT could be take a week only !
