Thanks to my friends who have congratulated me and best wishes to every one here waiting for the next steps in the PR process.
I wish to share two experiences:
1- I had sent notorized copies (originals are with me) of the transcripts which they have accepted. They haven't asked for originals.
2 - My e-cas address disappeared on 20 December 2011 and received MI +request for updated documents (including PCC from India) yesterday. I don't know if these two events have any relationship.
Finally, after a long wait I have good news to share that I just got a call from attorney in Toronto that they have received request for my Medical+ RPRF + new PCC + updated IMM8 by mail posted on 21 December 2011 by NYVO

I have never used any attorney. So I am not sure the communication medium with them. I was contacted by NYVO through email and I just replied to that email stating my problem and asking for permission. Fortunately NYVO replies very promptly; within 15min I received my confirmation.
So things worked this way. I would suggest you to ask your attorney. And in case of any other information please let me know. BTW, the email address where I sent my email is: re-cngny-im-y@international.gc.ca

BTW, how to do the email confirmation? I use an attorney, and I use her email address & office address for my application. Will it be a problem?

I took risk of getting medical done before receiving the request; I have not even submitted IELTS (it was not mandatory for FSW3 that time). Everything worked properly for me and within 18 months I have received the PR.. So I am just returning back the favour and information that I have received throughout this tenure.

i am in serious situation due to my consultant.
i applied under 3152 but now my consultant told me that my application is returned due to cap
when i was applying i requested to my cosultant that please include my experience in social worker NOC with 3152 NOC , he informed me that your experience in social worker is not related to your education , but now i came to know from this forum that relation between education and experience is not essential.
Now i am preparing my application according to social worker NOC BUT I AM AFRAID that there may be -ve results because in my previous application i have not mention the experinece of social worker NOC
my fellows what you will suggest for me , i am in tension due to my consultant

I'm also on the same boat, I'm also waiting for PPR from NYVO.
My address was disappeared on Dec 17,2011 and re-appeared on Jan 5,2012, there is no change in e-Cas status.I completed my medicals in Last week of September and sent updated PCC(from FBI) in December first week.Please keep me posted if you have any update.
