Anyone got any news this week? Did you guys check your e-case status?
Mine is the same, no change till now. As I know, recently most MR from New York office come after e-case change to a processing date.
Let's connect and keep each other updated!
One person from another forum whose file transferred in Oct 25th, 2011 got a new line last week, saying that "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 8, 2011."
As soon as I got the mail regarding transfer of my file from Buffalo to New York, I ordered fresh set of CAIPS notes to see what were exact notes/comments at the time of transfer and thereafter until the date of issuance of CAIPS notes (at NY VO).
I got the notes today and am disappointed to see that nothing has been done on my file after my PSDEC (paper based selection) was done on 19 October 2010 (day it went into IN PROCESS). New York office has given next BF'D as 22 January 2012. Very frustrating...

I wish they won't go back to process the post-june-2010 case in the coming few months before new year! It seems that one post-626 applicant got e-case updated this week.
If some VOs are still working on cleaning backlog up, I guess we could hear something from NYC office this year.
Normally there is no activity at VOs from 20 December to 10 January because of Christmas holidays. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for a pre-Xmas gift.
Cheers..

I received my medical request yesterday by mail (post) from NewYork office. It mentioned that my interview is waived and given 60 days to complete my medicals. They didnt ask me for RPRF as i paid that with my application to Buffalo, i think.
But they did ask for IMM8 and Schedule1 for me and my wife. did anyone of you who received medicals asked for this or am I the lucky one?
My E-Cas was updated last week with this: Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 7, 2011.
so, they sent me medicals in 2 weeks from the date they started processing.
