Good to see some movement in NY office.. here is my update
They have requested to update these forms and pay RPR fee.
For me
IMM8 GENERIC
IMM8 SCHEDULES 1 AND 3
IMM5406(ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION)
FOR my wife,
IMM5406
IMM8-SCHEDULE1
Booked an appointment with DMP on 26th monday.. $200 Dr fee, $50 for lab test/person. will keep you all posted.

Are you using new Format of these forms that is availbale on CIC
IMM8 SCHEDULES 1 is now refered as SCHEDULE A.

JStar, Abhi and others who got Medicals and request for updated documents recently,
Generally I see that for everyone who got medicals they are asking this forms
is that to just get the updated information from us ?

I hope this time we need to send only the forms , should we send the proofs also like exp letters, educational certificate, English prof etc etc ?
please let me know

Yes ramdhran,You raised one good point yesterday that we dont have any for form named as Generic .
We had one main aplication form but its name was not generic.

For Schedule 1, I dont see in existinf doccuemnt list for FSW.It has been renamed to Schedule A.
Shoudl we send both
