File tracking issue..need help

I recently linked my paper application to online account, the second day i got the following: We regret to inform you that your application was refused. Check your messages below for details.
But there are no messages

I applied at the end of October... After one week I received an email that included my tracking number... I have been tracking my application the whole of November and my tracking results showed that my processed passport was forwarded to Canada embassy in Tanzania... But when I tracked again yesterday.... My tracking results are showing no results found .what does it mean yet I have used the same tracking number I have been using always?
