Hi Guys,
This is urgent please reply.
My relative's FSW application was rejected after encashing bank draft because CIO/CIC calculated 66 points instead of 67 due to error in WES report. My relative contacted WES and they corrected the error and sent a new report. What can be done at this moment. The rejection is not because of applicant's fault. Please suggest all options.
I will highly appreciate your opinion on this.
Thanks
DI
Your relative now has to apply again under EE. Not much can be done at this stage. The fault was from WES and not from the CIC-Sydney. Good luck!!!

I guess your relative should tryEE now as the fault is from WES and not CIC, he should have challenge WES before submitting the application last year

Agreed. Your relative should have fixed the WES error before submitting the application. It's too late now. They will have to apply under EE.
