After final decision got approved, there was something mentioned as 'document status' in that 'counterfoil' document is mentioned whose expiry date is also mentioned beside it.

Bro my application is approved today. Could you tell me after how long u get approval latter via email.

Bro, I said you earlier also. I have not recieved even a single email from embassy except acknowledgement letter. I was like checking my vfs tracking status and GC key status twice or thrice per hour daily. I got to know about my decision in GC key and passport dispatching status in VFS tracking.

Have u got any mail now for approval letter yet. Today application got approved.

And what vfs shows now status

Passport was dispatched from canada visa office to VAC and couriered to me from VAC yesterday itself, which showed in the VFS tracking. While tracking the shipment it states that I will receive my passport tomorrow.

Coming to the letter of introduction from embassy, I received it today at 5 pm.

I got an email to check the CIC account and read the message and in my CIC account there was a letter.

I also received an SMS from VAC regarding passport dispatch.

Passport was dispatched from canada visa office to VAC and couriered to me from VAC yesterday itself, which showed in the VFS tracking. While tracking the shipment it states that I will receive my passport tomorrow.

Coming to the letter of introduction from embassy, I received it today at 5 pm.

Yeah the same thing happened with me... the tracking ID showed that i was supposed to receive my passport on 14th, however i received it on the 13th itself...

Letter, Email or sms all u got today not on the same day when u got decision.
One more thing pls clear the vfs status which i mentioned in above mail.

Yar! Why u r in so hurry? Are you departing to Canada tomorrow and need everything by today itself? Just be cool and relax. You will get the Letter of introduction tomorrow by evening in your GC key account or it may take further more time. Just keep patience.

All these emails, VFS tracking, SMS etc are of no use. You just check your tracking details of Blue dart provided to you in acknowledgement receipt provided by VFS and track your passport. If your destination is nearer to Delhi, you may receive it tomorrow itself or atmost by Saturday. Just a passport with a visa affixed in it, Letter of introduction are enough to depart and get your study permit at the canada port. No use of mails, sms, vfs tracking etc. just relax.
