I have checked the link and it is guided me to "Contact Us" link from there I have to choose my HCO and them write email to them. I think this is the same thing I have to wait longer ;-(((.
Also I want to ask, if they will require any further documents how they will contact us, by email or mail? As we are already "In Process" for 7 months I hope we will have some movements in our paperwork.
