few questions about Quebec immigration

hello everyone ,I am a nurse and I had also applied for Quebec in last April yr.2013 with 63 points and I got my file no.in august with the help of mercan capital,now as a new rules I have achieved Tcfq b2 but I don't know next processing of my file plz any body help me to give some information I have to go for interview or without interview i would get CSQ and when? because now I have totality 68 points plz confirm me how much time I have to wait for CSQ for Quebec because I am waiting with lot of excitement because I have a dream for Quebec (canada)from very long time plz plz plz any person help me to tell something.i will highly thankful,with regards.............parmdhariwal
