Hi
I submitted my initial application 2 years back for a family of 4 (children aged 18 & 13) and
the following amount:
Principal applicant 1 x $550 = $550
Spouse 1 x $550 = $550
Children 2 x $150 = $300
Total $1400
Now after 2 years, I am asked to submit full application. Am I required to pay anything additional now?
Is the right permanent residence fee to be paid now?
Regards,
soommen
You been asked to submit full application as over the last two years information with CIC is out-dated about you and your family. No, you are not required to submit any more fees for processing your application. Check your letter again, if CIC is asking to submit "RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE" which will be CAD 490 or USD 415 (for principal and Spouse each) and did they attached any fees sechudule with your letter?
Thank you PCHC.
CIC did not mention in the letter to submit "RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE"; They also did not attach any fees schedule with my letter.
Does it mean that unless specifically mentioned in the letter, we need not send any money? However, the application guidelines at their web site mention about paying the fees. That caused the confusion.
Regards
Soommen
