I want to know is that easy to get fee refound from collage if we want to change the collage to another collage and how much i can expect they will cut from the total amount of fee if i file for refound before starting my classes
You will need to check the terms and conditions of your particular college. Each college has it's own rules. Some will allow refunds, while others won't. Those that will, may have specific timelines to do so (ie. 40 days prior to semester start - 100%, between 40 and 20 days only 50%, less than 20 days no refund). It might also be the case that they may refund only on the basis of being denied a study permit.
So, like I said, check first with your college.
Good luck!
