Collage of change for international student

How much money a collage(Pecific link collage ,surry)will deduct from the total fee if i leave the collage and took admissions in another public collage after coming there in canada without going a single day, I want to do that , is it will be a good step because I had already paid the fee and applyed for visa may 2019 plese help if anybody now about this thing or have idea and one more thing is is easy to change collage private to public

Depends on the college's policy. Visit their website to find out or write to the college asking about withdrawal policy. What's your IELTS score?

I have 5.5 in reading and 6 in all three module
