Hi,

Could you please let me know what is certified check to pay the first application fee of $550. I am in India and going to send the application so If I use my saving account check then will it be problem ? I want to provide a check which will be encashed by them and I can able to know that as DD or Money order are deducted from the account immediately so need your thoughts.
