I have to make DD for FSWP 2013 fee. The beneficiary will be The Reciever General of Canada. What should I write in space for "beneficiary bak" and "beneficiary address"
Can anybody help me
Please go to Wall Street exchange company they will charge you Rs. 1200 for DD rest of things will be handled by them in best way........

Typos can be very costly here ;-) Banks can made too. I've got mine made from Standard Chartered. But I don't know if they do it over the counter cash, I have my account there, so that's why I used them. But you have to visit them before 12 PM as forex trading ends after that. It will take few hours to get one.

My bank is also standard chartered. My question was basically referring to their DD form - I mean teir blue form used for DD
We need to mention Beneficiary Bank and Beneficiary Address
You don't have to fill it. Just write, Canada, they'll get the info from Karachi HQ. They made it payable to Royal Bank of Canada .

My aoplication includes me, my wife and two kids - so it will be Principal Applicant ( 550 ) + Each Family member ages 22 and above ( 550 for wife ) + Each family member under age of 22 who is unmarried and not in common law relationship ( 150 +150 for two kids )
= CAD 1400
