I had the same stress for sponsorship with Purolator sending to 2303 Stevenage Drive. It is where they are being directed as couriers can't open PO Boxes - just Canada Post. Here's even more of an update: my package was further directed to 101 Colonel By Drive K1A 0K2 as I was told by Purolator that the mail room is too full at 2303 and mail is being directed there now - apparently it seems all 10,000 sponsors are sending their applications in at the same time for the May 25th deadline.

But they happened to deliver it to 2303 Stevenage Drive. Can somebody help me out here pls. Will the IRCC get the documents??

Just for further information I sent CIC a message fia facebook messenger regarding the differance in addresses and this was there reply:
Hello Chantel – The address in your tracking information indicates that your application is at a scanning facility that mail sent to our PO Box goes to. This means it’s been received by IRCC on time. Have a great day!

Here's an update on PO Box packages going to 2303 Stevenage Dr.
My UPS account manager reached out to me saying that they can't deliver packages to PO box, that is why they had to deliver to the Stevenage dr. They did contact PO box and they gave UPS a letter saying that to deliver all PO BOX 8020 packages to Stevenage Dr as that is the scanning facility for PO Box packages. So the package is at the correct address.

I noticed that my passport addressed to 365 Laurier Ave W Got delivered to 2303 STEVENAGE OTTAWA, ON K1G5B3. Has this happened to anyone else? I am little worried, any help will be great from someone who sent using fedex, got delivered to this address and got the passports back.

From usa i sent the passports and it got delivered to 2303 STEVENAGE OTTAWA, ON K1A1L1. Recieved by A. Chandler , i called Fedex , they said we send to this address which is the shipping/delivery section and is correct for immigration canada . you can call them and confirm if needed.

I have the same concern.. I got a notification from UPS yesterday that my passport sent to 365 Laurier Avenue West was going to be delivered to a different address, and today I got another UPS notification saying that it's been delivered to 2303 Stevenage Dr. signed by a person name "Dodds." I freaked out a little because when I googled the address it looked like some sketchy industrial area with no signs of any governmental office. The worst thing that could happen is some bad people trying to steal your passport and ID. My shipping label does say what the content of the package is: passport. So, I thought of the worst. Good to know that the re-addressing thing is not just happening to me...

Just posting an update here for my case in the hopes that it might help someone in the community.

I got PO box address in PPR email and I generated a FedEx return shipment to the PO box from the US. FedEx delivers to PO box in Canada.
Day 1: Address corrected from PO box to 365 Laurier Ave W
Day 1: Delivery Exception - Refused by Recipient
Day 1: Address Corrected to 2303 Stevenage Dr Ottawa, ON
Day 2: Delivered to 2303 Stevenage

it all worked out fine and I received my copr and passport back.

Hi, could you tell me how long did it take for them to stamp your passport? I sent mine to CPC-O just for the visitor visa stamp and wanna know about how long they take, thanks!

If you look up 2303 Stevenage Dr on Google Maps Street View, you will see that there is a sign that reads "2303 Stevenage Drive SCI".

From IRCC's twitter account: "SCI is a company that works to scan and sort applications for our processing centres. When this shows up within your tracking information, the parcel is likely received by IRCC."

no one really would know what is happening, my passport seemed to be delivered to CSIS (canadian fbi for security) then later fedex changed it to 2303

just gooogled 101 colonel is National Defence address , further to confirm no one knows why they are transferring
