I think we get notified only if RCMP or other doc is required. I had got in the RCMP mail that my file is transferred to ottawa. Others can add their experience.

Your file has been transferred to the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa for further review.
FOR THE PRINCIPAL APPLICANT IN THE APPLICATION STATED ABOVE:
• RCMP criminal record check: A certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints.
The following website will provide you with important instructions on how to obtain RCMP fingerprints: http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cr-cj/fing-empr2-eng.htm
I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I read on another forum that if "A decision has been made" comes as the forth line on your application status, it means that the PR has been approved.
Hi Jad, check ur all the gmail folders including spam etc..if not found try sending them email and call them..because u were 2 days ahead of me and got until decision made before me as expected..
Me too, I called them this week. They told me that "DM" does not mean anything, you may get your PPR (or reject) at any time after DM, it could be 1 day, 1 month or 6 months...

Who did you call? I just called the CIC Call Center at 1-888-242‑2100. The guy wouldn't even accept to look at my file. He didnt even take my UCI or anything. He told me they have new directives that they shouldn't access any file unless the time since application time is more than the processing time. So the call was pretty much useless, and waiting is pretty much all I can do.

Nothing man. I check the inbox and spam a couple of times a day now :/ nothing so far.
As you can read in my post above, the call was useless. I don't think there's any benefit to emailing them. It takes them like a month or a month and a half to respond to emails, so I don't it will be useful.
