I applied FSW through New Delhi Embassy
medical sent in July 2013. now ecas changed into decision made on 20th Sept 2013.
my question is when I sent medical, draft and passport ...ecas not shown that they have received medical but ecas showing decision made.
is decision made mean passport stamped and when I
should expect to get my passport after the date of decision made...
pls reply experts

my timeline is below:
1. We received your application for permanent
residence on March 31, 2010.
2. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter
on June 3, 2010. Please consider delays in mail
delivery before contacting us.
3. Your application and supporting documents were
received by the New Delhi office. They are pending
review.
4. We transferred your application to the New Delhi
office on June 18, 2010. The New Delhi office may
contact you.
5. Your application was reviewed and we started
processing on February 12, 2012.
6. A decision has been made on your application. The
office will contact you concerning this decision.

Don't worry you are not the only one. Others have gotten decision made on ecas without the medicals received line and they have gotten their passports back with visa and COPR.
So congrats

finger crossed......I gotten my passport today.
did you do the medical twice
not twice. my medical was done but it was not showing in the ecas line.
