All photo will write the D.O.B and Sign at the back or only one must have sign and D.O.B ?

Im just confused , because according to CIC Website of Abu Dhabi, states there the photo " must be Staple ''....

You dnt put any Photo on your Application?

Blaze ,the required amount of photos must be signed and D.O.B written on each one of them, do not staple them, because you will tamper with the integrity of the photo i guess,as i said ,they will stick them when they receive your application,otherwise what job do they have over there?

Hi Robert,
Yes they send me medical forms for myself only not my family,i think this is in connection with the work permit as i am a nurse,but no updates yet regarding PR application,they also want other police certs and info from the college i registered with, in canada,am collecting the docs but they gave me only 30 days for this i dont know what i should do as i did not get all info.
How far are you now

Good news that you recived your medical request.
I belive you can send them email telling that poilce report and other document need more time and i don't think there should be problem.

From my side , nothing new , very quite since i send them the additional reuqested form.
Waiting for medical request (i got to know it may take 6-9 monthes to receive medical request for PR APPLICATION)

when you submitted your application in cic abu dhabi by courier you included the RETURN PRE-PAID AIR WAY BILL as stated in the cic abu dhabi. ?

Yes ,you have to prepare a pre-paid airway bill(two way)

hi all, i am also a provincial nominee from alberta and now have to apply to london office.

i have following queries...

* what should i mention in the funds section of schedule 4 as funds are already shown by sponsor to alberta.
* do i need to send educational and work related documents.... these are not on check list ....
* will normal dhl courier with tracking will do or they accept document through some special courier..

any help would be appreciated...

I didn't send a prepaid AWB along with my application.
This was not showing in thier request (why they nee to use it)?

Hi Robert,
Incase they have to return your application for whatever reason, they will use the return way bill,they dont have to incur expenses.It is clearly mentioned in abudhabi checklist that if this is not available, they will return the application back.Maybe you got lucky

* will normal dhl courier with tracking will do or they accept document through some special courier..DHL will do as it is one of the recommented way to send documents
