Hi,

Could anyone plse help me on my situation

Presently I am working in Quebec on closed work permit and recently my employer has filed work permit extension

Question 1 : I want to apply for Federal PR through express entry. Can I submit an express entry profile while my work permit is in processing ?

Thanks for your reply. But I would like to move outside Quebec after I receive my PR
By providing the reasons to stay outside quebec can I apply ?
