I got my # file AOR and meds request since last Oct 1, i did my meds on Oct 4,they started processing my application Sept 24, so im just waiting for the mail or email, asking me for my passport and the fee, but still waiting, nothing today !

sorry dude i thought you were aalso waiting for Master degrree in patience "AOR&Medicals". Didn't realiised you aare on PHD now and so whenever you'll see the status change to Med. rec'd you'd have graduated and should just wait for letter of confirmation from VO asking to send PPT(s).

Ans and ton40, anything new under the sun there?Nothing here, except we had a gorgeous day! Will go to DMP next week and check BD w/ the bank.

ae03yy, in which bank did you use the service? Id it's TD. You can call them and find if the bank draft was cashed.
I called the 1 888, they have a day off because of 11.11-- remembrance day.

well i did mine with Scotia Bank. The first time i wanted to check BD, i called and they said they dont check status it at all. So, i was really sceptical when i walked in as to whether they could give me info or not. The people at the counter asked for the copy and i didn't had it on me... what a dude i was!! I thought they can check it from your Bank account.
Anyhow, i had to go back next day and gues what it was not even cashed. So, i went again few weeks later and because it was outstanding, the girl showed me the screen. So, that was the 25th and it was the last time i went.
Now when i go to lunch tomorrow, ill stop there to ask once more. But just in case let me give them another call...

I called the 1888 number tonight. It said they received the documents on Aug 31. Nothing more.

well i believe it means ur file will start the process shortly. Keep in mind thst:
Whenever an applicant doesn't have Client ID, the system is not quite accurate. So, if you get "Medical done", it means they are on next step and already requested it. They are working one step ahead and already made the decision, and so check your mailbox, you should get a letter asking for Passport!
For those with access to eCAS through Client ID, the system should show whatever they're doing. So, if you see in process. It will mean they are processing it (maybe doing police check), and did not send Medical yet. Next, if they say Medical done it is because they just received it. They will still need to access medical results, add it on, and decide with this last piece in hand. Then at last they'll write decision done when they make it. they go step by step and each step reflect what they write. As soon as that final decision is made they will post it on ecas and will prepare the letter asking for PPT & Fee (if not already paid).
