I got an email last week from Ottawa stating that 80% of the QSW files transferred from Buffalo will be finalized by the end of Feb 2013.

I believe they should be on the 9 months as stated in their website. Some applied this year and already got their PR.
You can drop a line (email) and ask them. They usually reply to emails within 24 hours.
I wrote an email to ottawa today, and just got a reply now. They are fast , and working late into the night! Opinions and comments are welcome thanks

I am an april 2011 applicant and I received the ppr email on 23rd november. It was a long time coming but atleast they sent it now. I will be sending my passport on Monday and its usually taking 3 weeks for it to come back with CoPR.
Keep patiently waiting and you should be getting it soon! All the best!

According to facebook page "Les oubliès de buffalo en action" one june 2011 and two July 2011 QSW applicants got PPR today. One of them did their medicals in November 2011.
