We just received our CSQ, finally! We are currently completing the forms, and my question is, if the form is not applicable, for example, additional dependent, do I still need to include it in the application package and put "Not Applicable in the boxes" as well as Supplementary-travel form?
Another question, how would I know my CSQ number? Is it the Program Record Number or the Reference Number Individual? Thanks! Kindly help me accomplishing the forms.
When I called up Quebec call centre , they advised me that my CSQ has been accepted on Aug 9th 2016 and its been 6 weeks and I have not received my CSQ. Can you tell me how long did it take for you to get your CSQ after it was accepted. Also , can you tell me if it was received by regular mail or courier ?
All - I am filling up the Federal application and gathering all necessary documents to be sent after I receive my CSQ.
The document checklist mentions " Copies " for certain documents . Does it make sense to send just copies or Notarized copies ? Can any of the experts provide their opinion ?

No I haven't received it yet . When I called up MIDI they said it can take up to 12 weeks to receive.
Where are you from ? I see that your CSQ was issued on 6th Sep . Have you received your physical copy ?
I have already sent them a letter to reissue a copy to a different address . Fingers crossed .

Totally understand the frustration . I am presuming when they say CSQ was issued on a particular date
I don't think it is the posted date , I think it is just the approved date . Posted date us way later than the issue date . I spoke to some folks in Algeria and they said it took them about 45 days to reach . I also read about a case in Canada itself which took 45 days to reach a Canadian address .

Thanks for the information. When I spoke to MIDI agent last time she told me that CSQ was issued on 6th Sept. May be it was not sent out on 6th Sept. I will call MIDI again on 28th Sept morning ( end of 3 weeks wait period) and find out next steps.

Hi guys, just a quick question. I plan to apply for Federal stage in first week of November. How long will it take to get pr card/or landed immigrant paper and RAMQ card? I really need my pr card in Quebec next year for an admission. Any tentative timeline is fine. Thank you

Called MIDI and they have asked me to send a letter via mail for issuing duplicate CSQ. I asked for an email address or fax where I can sent letter and I was told that they will accept letter via mail only. I was also told that I can given some address in Quebec or Canada and then person living on that Quebec/Canada address can send CSQ via Courier to me to expedite things. I am still planning to give my US address as normal mails from Quebec take around 5 days to reach my US address.
