You should be fine as far as I know as you can submit the application with in 60 days of creation date, but I am not sure, if you'll have to click on recalculate button to refresh the physical presence days, just to be safe side, I went back and hit calculate and then submit.

I have the same question here .. I signed the application and paid the fee on 5th feb but I forgot to submit and next day when I log in to portal it says the application is not been submitted ..on the 6th Feb I have submitted the application.
Before submitting the application I could not find an option to go back and recalculate the physical presence. Although I have finished 1101 days by 4th Feb,2024.
