Called IRCC today, as per my signature, all done except BGC. This is the current status:

-- criminality passed,
-- info sharing in progress,
-- security check not started
-- PVO is sydney, SVO is CPC Ottawa

Seems like this sydney/ottawa combo is very slow as per - https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i.../aor-february-2023-please-join.789341/page-33

Ironically, they are all FEB. '23 lol..

does anyone knows if the eligibility is different for express profile?

i talked to IRCC guy and he said the eligibility passed but no date and he said may be it for express profile since nothing has been updated on pr tracker

When i called them on another day they mentioned that criminality has been passed but today IRCC guy it has not be started yet

I have same timeline and nothing so far. I think the CEC inland is around 25th Jan who are getting BIL/MIL.
