What is POC?

Police Certificate from Mexico. We need a request letter from IRCC to ask for the police certificate and once requested, the Canadian Embassy gets it directly from the Mexican Government. It takes from 30-90 days from what I heard.

I'm in doubt of how to put the case and updates in the signature. What does that mean?

Here is my case: (FSW, French draw, inland)
Application submitted: Feb 9th
AOR received : Feb 9th
NA1: Mar 4th*
Ghost update: Mar 17th **
Document request: Mar 18th

The document they have requested is "TCF: Original TCF language proficiency results (Online Scores Reports in PDF format are acceptable). But that's exactly what I have sent in the original application, the online (PDF format) results the passing center sent to me. Also, they called it "TEF results" in the pending documents area.
Any hypothesis of what is happening here?

It seems that they request applicants from French draw to additionally submit the TCF score report. I’ve seen several cases in the forum, me as well. Just submit the original pdf file you received from the exam centre. That’ll work.

Biometrics Requested: February 27, 2024
Background check updated to "In progress": February 27, 2024
Biometrics Completed: March 01, 2024
Eligibility updated to "In progress": March 21, 2024

If anyone has received a decision lately and knows their eligibility dates, your info would be helpful for me.
