I checked today and it seems instead of clicking casesphaseid etc click on cases and select the drop down til you see your documents. I’m seeing my documents approved true. So hopefully aor is nearby. Try and let me know

Sadly not yet. I guess the agent has opened my file, that's why the document portion is showing- but they have not reviewed it yet.
