Portal seems to be working now, it shows test completed as well. All other line items are showing as in progress. Can someone guide what will be the next steps ?

Once you get the oath letter and ceremony invite, is there an option to choose e-Certificate option ?
In my initial application, I picked Physical copy of Citizenship Certificate rather than e-Certificate

You can ask for the e-certificate during the registration of the oath ceremony. My wife asked for an e-certificate during the oath ceremony and she got the certificate the very next day.

i got aor on 10 march and then 11 april background completed.and nothing after that

Is any one else having issues logging in to the tracker? I was logging in just fine, every week, once a week, and in the last few days it just gets stuck on the loading screen without actually ever loading.

Just tried that on your suggestion, no luck. Updated Chrome, tried Edge, restarted computer. Its super weird. Its been doing it for a few days now.

Oh yeah, that just shows in process, like it has for weeks. I did my test yesterday, and wanted to see when it changes to completed in the tracker.

Guess I will just have to keep trying, thanks for the the help!

I had the same thing happen when I had my test scheduled. Nothing to do but wait till the test is updated to completed.

That is actually very encouraging, thank you! I had wondered if it was for that reason, but it is nice to know I am not the only person who suffered it! I will wait a few days and try again.
