Are there other applicants that applied around the same time that are also waiting for an update? How long does it usually take for these three to be completed?
My timeline is almost exactly the same as yours, only a few days difference on each step. My last update is Aug 24, 2021 after completing the test. I was asked to submit PP copies though on early Oct and I submitted the next day. Scarborough office.

Congrats. If you have the tickets already, ask the officer/clerk during the ceremony and they will offer a pick-up or expedited courier delivery for the certificate. Then you can request an appointment for express/urgent passport application. Good luck!
