Old ECAS doesn't work for online applications, unless you send them a webform. I doubt that they will fix it since we have the new tracking tool.

It doesn't matter if your PCC expires as long as you didn't go back after it was issued.

You wot be able to create an account immediately. Give it a day or two before creating an account or checking your status.

Give it 24 to 72 hours, Mine is working today and I was able to create an account, got my AOR yesterday morning, so it took 24 hours
