For the visa office, not sure, but the passport request email said West

Congrats! The e-apps (online) are handled by certain offices (probably centralized). So far I have seen West, Niagara Falls and Scarborough.
Also, where did you apply from and with how many physical presence days?

Yes. I did in the month of September. It will take around 3 weeks to show up into account. That's what happened to me.

I see, I have done my finger print today and the agency will send me the result at my home address in 14 days(this is what the finger print agency said). After that I have to send that to the visa office that is mentioned on the finger print letter, any things else I need to send with the finger print result?

For my wife's application agency took FP electronically, submitted FP to RCMP, then RCMP forwarded results to the IRCC Office. Took almost 4 weeks for the FP to reach office and status to completed for BGC.

Hi congratulations man. I got passport request email from the same office likely. Did you get any confirmation email from them after you send the passport copy?

Been scheduled for a ceremony on November 17th. Says to "follow the instructions" sent to me but I haven't received any lol. Guess I'll get an email at some point.

Anyone know if it's online or in person or what?

Question: Should I be expecting any paper mail? or email or how do I know if i am not missing anything.

I checked ECAS today still says In process

No confirmation email for the passport. I was worried about that too but seems like they just directly move on with the processing without any emails.

RCMP mailed the fingerprint results directly to IRCC.

Congrats Orly. Please where is your processing office? They seem to be very fast with things. We have the same DM date and I don't have the Oath IV yet.
