AOR 28 Nov 2019, all passed since May 2020.

Almost everyone got the mail no matter when they got AOR. So it just added more stress to my waiting. I'm planning to call IRCC today.

I know some that didn’t get the update and they applied same date as mine March 19, 2021 but it’s cool to contact them. Do let us know how everything went down.

I received a mail from IRCC on Update on IRCC processing capacity for your Economic Class - Federal Skilled Workers (EE) application.
it's says that there are delays in processing my application and so I may not find progress bar. However I still see progress bar in my application.

Did anybody receive the same mail?

Yes, I received same mail last night. Progress bar is still there as well.

It may take some time to disappear. Let's watch and see.

I got it twice too. One in the morning and in the evening.

I called them an hour ago, and told the agent that I didn't receive such e-mail while many other people has received it. Then we checked my contact information and the current state of my application with the agent, but everything looked normal.

I believe there is nothing much to worry about for people who haven't got that email. It's highly likely the result of a mailing system problem on their side.

I received the email twice yesterday and this morning. The progress bar is still there. I checked their update page though and it said that they are processing CEC candidates from mid to late May 2020, but nothing about FSW.

I am a FSW and I stay in USA , so does this mean it would take more than a year for FSW . And can you provide the link for the updates page ?

Yeah, everybody has received it I guess (twice). And my progress bar has disappeared now. Let's be blinded for future guys

The last time I checked the progress bar was at 17% before it was removed.

Yes totally possibly.

Note that BGC and Eligibility are the last steps so either of them can be done first and then the other one.

*Just would like to ask if checking of work experience (ref letter noc etc) falls under the eligibility stage?

I’m looking at getting a better job, and if my eligibility is passed, is it safe to say that I can change employers while waiting for PR decision? Under open work permit.
