If I am not mistaken, Based on the other threads and this thread ! Are people applying and residing in Canada or USA getting their BIL and Copr earlier than people residing outside these countries ? if yes is there any particular reason for it like Covid or VACs not being open in other countries etc ? Is anyone seeing this pattern or it’s just me !
