I saw a progress bar today for 10%. I haven't received biometrics request or medical passed. Plz what does this reply @legalfalcon. AOR is 16th Feb.Though I got an ADR on the 23rd of feb and Ghost update on the 25th of February. I hope I get BIL this week.

The status bar only shows the time elapsed and not the actual progress on the processing.

The BIL is sent 30-45 days post submission.

I need some help, with the following situation.
I did my engineering from Canada. I came here as international student on 2013 and completed my degree 2019. In my 2015 fall semester, I was alleged with academic miss conduct and the case investigating run in to winter 2016 semester due to which I couldn’t take my winter semester. I also received my pgwp and I didn’t mention this when I applied for pgwp. My question is do I need to mention this in my express entry profile. and back in 2018 I had only left 2 classes and my university gave me a latter which I attached with my pgwp and successfully got my pgwp. My question is do I need to mention again in my express entry profile. and if I didn’t would it effect my PR application. Please reply @legalfalcon

Was it a university charge and investigation or was it by local police?

If it was university related, then you do not need to mention it in your application as it was not a criminal charge.

It was an investigation by university, and I had registered classes for 2016 winter, they dropped me from classes and the investigation results were give to me in feb 2016, when I was applying for the pgwp I asked my faculty to provide me with a letter that explains why I was part time during my last 2 semesters and that gap. When I was getting that letter the faculty member, asked if she should mention it, so I told her it might effect my pgwp so instead, she wrote that if they have any further concerns and query’s, they can contact the facility, and I successfully got my pgwp. also I worked part time during this which I mentioned in my personal history. I am thinking to attached that letter again in additional documents. Do you think I should be okey. Please help @legalfalcon.

Question, has anyone applied with a missing police certificate? Was their application rejected as incomplete? I applied and uploaded evidence of trying to get the application....worried i will be rejected as incomplete

If it has been explained in LOE then it shouldn't be a problem.

I’ve got this after biometric request.It’s been 4 days after that update.
But nothing in profile is required.everything thing seems normal. @legalfalcon
