I sent an email to delhi@ last week and got a generic reply tell "we are looking into the question sent". How long will they take for reply.
Hoping to see some progress.
It really depends. The first time I mailed them on the application progress, there was no reply but my spouse was added 2 weeks post that email. Other times, for medical extension, the reply came in end of the month, just before the timeline. For PPR query, I received a reply in 4 days.
It depends on the query I guess.

There was no adr in my case. Did upfront medical and PCC and submitted on June 20.
Medicals passed on July16.
No update after that.
