How many days it took to receive certificate since oath and which city?

I had my test on Aug 22nd and am waiting for the oath ceremony. They asked for me to send them by mail (postal) color photocopies of all my passport pages, which I did about 3 weeks ago. Did anyone get asked this? How long after this is the oath scheduled?

How many days it took for certificate since oath and which city?

My oath was on the 16th of October, so it took about 18 days to arrive. I'm in Winnipeg.
